My Paw Pass (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a mobile application for tracking the health of your pets. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
2. Data We Collect
When you use My Paw Pass, we may collect the following types of data:
- Account information: email address and password (stored securely, password is hashed and never stored in plain text).
- Pet data: names, species, dates of birth, vaccination records, vet visit notes, and deworming history that you enter manually.
- Reminder preferences: notification settings you configure within the app.
We do not collect payment information, precise location data, or any data not directly entered by you.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is stored on servers within the European Union. We apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data from unauthorized access.
4. Notifications and Reminders
My Paw Pass may send push notifications to remind you of upcoming vaccinations or vet appointments. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. We do not use notification data for any purpose other than delivering the reminders you have configured.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service to operate the app:
- Supabase – database and authentication. Their privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
6. Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Visit our dedicated account deletion page for instructions on how to submit a request. We will process your request within 30 days.
