Delete Account

You can use this page to request the deletion of your MeinPfotenPass account and all associated personal data.

What will be deleted?

Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted:

• Your user account (email address, encrypted password)
• All pet data (names, species, date of birth, vaccinations, vet visits, treatments)
• Reminder and notification settings

Data that may be retained

In limited cases, certain data may be retained for a restricted period where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and ensure security. Such data will be used exclusively for that purpose and deleted once the retention period ends.

Send us an email at the address below. To help us identify your account, please include:

• The email address associated with your MeinPfotenPass account
• (Optional) The name(s) of your pet(s) to help locate the correct account
